PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:-
• Responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution.
• Able to check site feasibility and provide the best suitable option for enhancing suitability.
• Designing of arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop & Ground Mounted & other various supported Electrical equipment’s & selection of cables for plant including layouts & schematic diagrams and calculation of technical Sizing, BOQ/BOM.
• Drawing/Document submission/approvals, scheduling, Factory inspections, proving the guaranteed prepared a generalized check list for review of all standard.
• End to end execution of solar projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted) and AMC / Service Support.
• Designing the simulations must have expertise on software like STAAD-PRO, Solid works, etc. and similar simulators and expertise in AutoCAD and related designing tools.
• Maintaining of files and documents as back-up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists.
• To provide with up-to-date weekly / fortnightly status report. Develop MIS and ability to analyses market data.

Person specification:-
• Experience of the PV sector and solar PV installations to MCS standards
• Experience of conducting site surveys and evaluations prior to installation in line with new MCS regulations
• A track record in full project management responsibility for solar PV installation projects from conception to grid connection.
• Excellent inter-personal, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good written communication and accurate record keeping abilities
• An ability to work in a constructive and collaborative manner
• The knowledge to provide technical advice to customers

Qualifications for a Project Manager include:
• More than five years of solar experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of current construction and operations codes for commercial Solar PV and other distributed generation systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of the renewable energy industry with focus on solar systems including a familiarity with federal and local energy regulations and performance standards.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER- solar motor pump drive

JOB DESCRIPTION:-
• Experience with test and analysis (troubleshooting) of electronics devices
• Digital design development experience in power electronics
• Analog and Digital hardware design.
• Proven experience assembling and disassembling power electronics hardware to applicable standards.
• Understanding the concept of reverse engineering.
• Ability to do Soldering and desoldering along with mounting manually.
• Skill to conceptualize and communicate major elements of electrical design, engineering, and/or maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and other related specifications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting (electronic design) skills.
• Excellent ESD prevention knowledge and practices.
• Communicates well within small and large teams.
• Ability to work independently and as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
• Testing equipment usage and new product development experience.
• Innovative set of mindset with affinity towards constant upgradation and R&D
• (Must have ability and knowledge to recognize to work with electronics components like resister, capacitor, IC, MOSFET, Microcontroller etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

TENDERING ENGINEER:-

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Look out for suitable business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders
• Discuss with the management team to decide upon the opportunities
• Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid
• Submit the documents in stipulated time limits
• Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender process
• Providing support in terms of quotation progress, requotes and customer visits
• E-Tendering, Cost Estimation, Negotiations.
• Business development.
• Preparation of technical and financial bids/proposals for projects.
• Preparation of technical offer along with commercial-terms offer
• Preparation of budgetary and fixed price tenders, in customer timescales and to required level of specification. Pursuit co-ordination
• Customer relationship development.
• To maintain solar project records on Sales Enquiries database.
• Look after / support nominated key accounts from a sales, support and tendering point of view
• Liaising with customers to ensure the correct interpretation of their requirements
• Establish a proposal format in line with client requirements and company procedures.
• Analysis and arrangement of quotations from various vendors for different material requirement.
• Interaction, Presentations & liaising with Government / Private Customers.

Qualifications for a Tendering include:
• More than three years of Solar Projects Tendering experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the renewable energy industry with focus on solar systems including a familiarity with federal and local energy regulations and performance standards.

LIAISON ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION:-
